Speaking & events
I make time whenever I can to share the story of doing 52 sporting challenges and 52 weeks alongside my banking job. I share valuable lessons for how you can fit exercise alongside work, how to set yourself a challenge and stick to it and how your career can improve thanks to staying active
I focus on turning inspiration into action so audience members feel energised and clear on what they want to do to get going with their own challenges.
Below are some of the organisations I've had the privilege of sharing stories, tips and tricks with. You can watch some of my interviews by heading to the about tab.

“They all came away feeling uplifted and inspired to start making some goals”
"Annie was a fabulous speaker! She came to give a talk to our employees about ‘how to live an active lifestyle for working people’. We are all so busy in our jobs and lives, that sometimes keeping active, gets left as our last priority.
Annie restored our motivation, and shared her brilliant energy and tips with us, inspiring our team to get active, in manageable steps, encouraging exercise into our daily lives.
Annie’s first-hand knowledge of how busy life in London can be especially, made her very relatable as a speaker to all of our team. We have employees from all over the world working at our company, and they all came away feeling uplifted and inspired to start making some goals for themselves!
We loved hearing Annie’s story, and would completely recommend her for any motivational speaking.
- J. Barnes, The Rubens at The Palace and Hotel 41
"Blew us away"
"Annie Ross, public speaker in training, blew us away as she talked about her incredible hustle and eXerK (exercise + work, love it), where she completed 52 sporting challenges in 52 weeks in 2015. She also echoed the message that there is a line between saying yes more to everything and saying yes more to the right things.
As she hopped back and forth over the line through her epic story of juggling a full time Deutche Bank career and eXerK, it was clear that she learnt quickly how to focus her energy and time to get what was most important to her done." - David Cornthwaite, Say Yes More
"There should be more sessions like this"
"I really enjoyed hearing from Annie how she became active and took the initiative to pursue her passions. Annie’s presentation was really motivating and I think there should be more sessions like this in the calendar.
It’s worth reminding everyone working in the city that it is still possible to have a life and a fulfilling career at the same time. And what an interesting story Annie has – I will definitely try to attend some of her activities in the future." - Audience member, Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi
"I thought Annie was an engaging speaker and demonstrated drive and energy during her presentation." - Audience member, Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi
"Perfect and she connected immediately with our audience"
"Annie came to speak at one of our “Extreme Dream” events to around 300 guests, she was fantastic. When selecting our speakers for the evening we found there was a distinct lack of speakers who had different and exciting stories to tell.
Annie was perfect and she connected immediately with our audience. Our feedback from them put Annie at the top of our speakers list, which many of whom were household names within the adventuring world, holding multiple world records. We’d absolutely book Annie again! - Adam Ackworth, Extreme Dream talk series
